Celbex 653 is a thixotropic additive for cement grouts when grouting into weak soil conditions or to prevent wash-outs when water filled or flowing water conditions exist.  Celbex 653 is also used to create low-mobility cement grouts when grouting open seams, fissures and voids or where grout has to remain in position without form work.

Excavation contractors rely on Multiurethanes' products, such as Celbex 653, to stabilize weak ground conditions and reduce cost.
